A leading European university faced fragmented data silos between their application platform (DreamApply) and CRM (HubSpot). Manual tracking of international recruitment agencies led to reporting inaccuracies, delayed partner contracting, and a "black hole" for partners who had no visibility into the status of the students they referred.
Solution
We engineered a custom API integration to sync DreamApply data with HubSpot in real-time. We then overhauled the partner lifecycle by building automated registration and screening workflows, digital contracting, and a dedicated Partner Portal where agencies can independently track referral progress and enrollment milestones.
